About the Products

Why PURE Spa Skincare?

We are an independent family-run business, passionate about natural skincare that delivers results.  PURE Skin Care is a sustainable, 100% natural, results-driven skincare range that is accessible and gentle enough to be used every day. All our products are made in the UK and available online as well as in our spa locations across Scotland and England.

Are your products made from natural ingredients?

All PURE Spa Skincare is 100% natural. Using a blend of carrier oils and essential oils. As our products are all oil-based, they also have a shelf life of 12 months once opened.

Are your products suitable for Vegans?

Our products are created without using any ingredients derived from animals or using any animal by-products. No products are tested on animals at any time during development.

Are your products safe if you have a nut allergy?

Some of our products include Almond oil and Macadamia nuts. Please ensure you read the ingredients for each product before purchase. We also have nut free skincare options.

Are any of your products organic?

Yes. We have a 100% Organic Coconut Oil and Rosehip Oil (30ml or 100ml). Both have 1 ingredient each. Just pure plant goodness.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Standard Delivery (2-4 days)

We currently ship to the whole of the UK. We offer FREE standard delivery and same day dispatch whenever possible.

Express Delivery (1-2 days)

Should you want your product quicker please choose this option during checkout. We offer express delivery for orders received before 3pm. The cost for this is £3.95

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! You can order any of our skincare items and collect it at your local PURE Spa.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at orders@purespaskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Payments & Discount Codes

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

How do I use a discount code?

After selecting all the items you want, head to checkout. You'll see the 'Discount code' section where you can enter your code.

If you face problems entering the code, contact our Customer Service team.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes! We accept gift cards which have been bought online. If you have purchased a gift card in one of our stores you will have to redeem that in-store. Alternatively you can contact our customer services team who will be able to help if these options don't suit.
