Do you show prices with or without VAT?
Partner prices are ex VAT, and VAT is added at checkout. Spa in a Box is £269 + VAT (Massage) or £299 + VAT (Facial). Not VAT registered? You can still be a partner. You simply pay the VAT.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Not on your first order and not on reorders. Spa in a Box is the easiest first order because it has everything for one treatment, plus the protocols and support.
How much margin will I make on retail?
Around 40–50% on most retail lines, comparing our partner price with RRP, both ex VAT. Your account shows the exact price for each product.
How do reorders work?
Log in and reorder from your order history. Delivery is free every time, usually in 2–4 working days, or £3.95 for express (1–3 working days).
Do you train my team?
Yes, free. Spa in a Box comes with our treatment protocols, a follow-up Q&A and 30 days of the PURE Professional app, and the Massage edition adds a 60-minute live training webinar. New partners get an onboarding call too.
Will it sell off my shelf?
It sells best when clients have just felt it in a treatment, which is the point of using the same bottle in both places. We give you a co-branded menu and marketing templates. And our site sells at the same RRP as you.

What if it isn't right for my business?
Spa in a Box has a 30-day guarantee. If you don't use it all, send it back within 30 days and we'll give you a voucher for the unused product. We cover the return delivery.
Is the range suitable for pregnant clients?
Most of it. Our blends keep essential oils under 1.5%. A few products contain oils we don't use in pre-natal treatments: Soothe and Revive massage oils, Refresh & Revive Face Spritz, Ice & Glow Cooling Gel, the Himalayan salts and our neat essential oils. That includes the contents of Spa in a Box: Massage.
