Delivery
Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend.
Most orders leave us the same working day if you order before 3pm. Standard delivery then takes 2–4 working days, and it’s free whether you’re buying one spritz or the whole routine.
Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout: £3.95, 1–3 working days.
Need it tomorrow? Choose Guaranteed next day delivery at checkout: £9.95. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday.
Collecting in Edinburgh? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
We deliver to UK addresses only at the moment.
Where’s my order? You’ll get a tracking link by email when it’s dispatched. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, email orders@purespaskincare.com and we’ll sort it out: resend or refund, your choice.
Christmas delivery
To arrive before Christmas, please order by:
- Free delivery: 5pm, Friday 18 December
- Express (£3.95): midnight, Sunday 20 December
- Guaranteed next day delivery (£9.95): midnight, Tuesday 22 December
Left it late? Our eGift card arrives by email straight away.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send back anything unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You also have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email orders@purespaskincare.com with your order number first, so we know it’s coming. Change-of-mind return postage is yours to pay.
Opened it? For hygiene reasons we can’t take back opened skincare unless it’s faulty.
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email us a photo and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it, pay the postage, and you have full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
